In order to decrease the problems caused by demographic diversity (conflict, turnover, and decreased performance), organizations need to create an inclusive environment. This concept is defined as a climate where fair treatment of all social groups is connected to policies, procedures, and actions within an organization. An inclusive environment has advantages for all individuals, such as: fair treatment, appreciation of differences, and inclusion in core decision-making.


In my study, I will investigate the extent to which inclusive climates reduce relationship conflict and enhance the group performance of gender diverse groups.
